Died – Mrs. C.C. Miller, at Rudd, Iowa, on Monday, February 28th. Deceased was a sister of Mrs. C.P. Turner, A.D. and H.C. Rose of this city and was fifty-one years old at the time of her death. Her husband was in business in Estherville for a while last spring and summer, a member of the firm of Turner & Miller and during that time they lived here. Mrs. Miller was a lady who had many friends both here and at her late home. She was a true Christian and a consistent member of the Methodist church. The remains were brought to Estherville for burial and interred in the west side cemetery. Funeral services took place at the Methodist church, Rev. G.W. Southwell and Rev. J.I. Brown officiating.
