H. Maxine Hansen, 78, died Oct. 23, 1995, at Marian Health Center, Sioux City.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 25, at 10:30 a.m., at Estherville Lutheran Cemetery, Estherville, with the Rev. Thomas Nash officiating.

Burial will be in Estherville Lutheran Cemetery, Estherville, with Warner Funeral Home of Spencer in charge of arrangements.

H. Maxine Hansen, the daughter of Jacob and Celia Paulson Johnson, was born June 29, 1917, in Estherville. It was there she received her early education. Following graduation from Estherville High School, Maxine attended Junior College in Estherville. She then began a career in office work.

She married Arthur K. Hansen on Nov. 2, 1951, in Spencer where they made their home.

Mrs. Hansen was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, and a daughter, Kathy G. Hansen.

She is survived by one sister Marie C. Miller of Spencer and special friends, Roberta Cater and Ronnie Fitz off, both of Spencer. (The Daily Reporter,
