Mrs. Arledge Dies At County Farm
Mrs. Ella Arledge died Sunday morning at the county farm after an illness that has been quite extended. She has made her home at the county farm since the death of her husband several years ago.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at the Mahlum & Anderson funeral home with Rev. C.E. Forrsell in charge. Burial will be in the Oak Hill cemetery where Mr. Arledge is buried. (Vindicator and Republican, Estherville, IA, February 27, 1940)

Note Ella's parents were Martha Edwards and William Brown; her 1st husband was Mr. Hendrix and she was widowed, per the 1925 IA census.
