Dies in South Bend, Ind.
Word has been received in Graettinger of the death Friday in South Bend, Ind., of Mrs. Cora Sezinski, the former Cora Strom of Graettinger. She died while on duty at a hospital there. Her uncle, Johnny Johnson of Graettinger, in company with Gerald Best, have gone to South Bend to return the body to Graettinger. Services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday in Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran church, the Rev. C.B. Gunderson officiating. Burial will be at High Lake cemetery southeast of Wallingford. Services for Mrs. Wilbur Sabinske, the former Cora Olive Strom, will be held 1:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Johnny Johnson home near Wallingford and at 2 p.m. at Wallingford Lutheran church, the Rev. C.B. Gunderson officiating. Burial will be at High Lake cemetery.Mrs. Sabinske died Friday at South Bend, Ind., of a heart attack while on duty at a hospital there. She is survived by her husband, who lives at Chesterton, Ind., three children, Edgar Andrew, Betty Lou Karen and Raymond Edward; her mother, Mrs. Carrie Strom of Wallingford; and a brother, Clifford, at Woodward. Her father, Charles Strom, died Jan. 8 and was buried at High Lake cemetery.
Mrs. Sabinske was born May 19, 1913, at Le Grand, Ia., and was married April 27, 1935.
Pallbearers for the services will be Terman Watson of Graettinger and Paul Johnson, Alvin Johnson, Leonard Olson, Wilmer Isakson and Edgar Iverson, all of Wallingford. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, February 8, 1950)
