Mrs. Sever Traefald died of consumption at 8:50 o’clock last Saturday [January 11, 1902] night. Mrs. Traefald has been subject to attacks of consumption at various times during the last three years. Last Wednesday she was taken down with her last attack. The funeral services were held at the Lutheran church yesterday at 9 a.m., and interment made in High Lake cemetery. Mrs. Sever Traefald was born in August, 1866, in High Lake township. She was a daughter of B.K. Rokne of High Lake township and was reared there.

Mrs. Traefald married Sever Traefald in 1892, he being at present employed on the M. & St. L. Ry. Two boys were born to bless the couple. The deceased leaves a husband, two sons, her parents, three sisters and five brothers to mourn her sudden departure. We extend our sympathy to the stricken family.
