Estherville Woman Dies of Cancer
Mrs. Stuart Anderson, 41, died today about 1:30 a.m. at Holy Family Hospital where she had been seriously ill since Aug. 13. Her death was attributed to cancer.

The former Dora Mein was born Nov. 10, 1927, at Kanawha, Iowa, to Henry and Gepke Mein.

She was married Feb. 5, 1946, to Stuart Anderson of Estherville. Since their marriage they had lived in the Armstrong and Maple Hill areas.

Mrs. Anderson is survived by her husband; four daughters, Marcia, Marleen, Anita and Ruby Kay; two sons, Marlin and Carl Dean; two sisters, Mrs. Raymond (Tillie) Gustafson of Ledyard and Ella Mein of Maple Hill; and five brothers: Gerad, Geroge and Dick of Maple Hill, Abbo of Swea City, and Lucas of Estherville,.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in Fuhrman Funeral Home. Burial will be in the High Lake Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home all day Sunday and until time of services Monday. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, October 11, 1968)
