Services for Jess H. [Henry] Rosburg, 91, will be held at 2pm Saturday at the Henry and Olson Funeral Home in Estherville with Rev. Don Johnson officiating. Interment will be East Side Cemetery. He died Wednesday March 23, 1983 at the Good Samaritan Center in Estherville. Friends may call at the Henry and Olson Funeral Home after 1pm Friday and until time of services on Saturday.

Rosburg was born Jan 27, 1892 at VanHorn, the son of Henry and Mary (Kinkel) Rosburg. He attended Huntington School and Estherville Business School. On June 17, 1914 he was united in marriage to Annie R. Weir at Estherville. He farmed in Ellsworth Township until moving into Estherville in 1963. Mrs. Rosburg died Feb 17, 1978. He was a member of the Huntington United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons; Leo of Jackson, MN and Harley, Estherville; three daughters; Mrs. Walter (Edna) Tirevold, Cyrus, MN, Mrs. Frederick (Vera) Weir, Colorado Springs, CO., Mrs. Merle (Ora) Grems, Estherville; 17 grandchildren; 48 great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, two granddaughters, two sisters and two brothers. (MC)
