Former City Resident Dies
Adolph Peterson, 88, Estherville, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 1972, at the Dayton Care Center at Dayton.

Peterson was born Aug. 18, 1883. He was a longtime Estherville resident and worked for the city as a park custodian.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Florence Grummon, Dayton, and two grandchildren.

Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at the Fuhrman Funeral Home at Estherville, with the Rev. Stephen Engelstad of the Estherville Lutheran Church officiating.

Burial will be at East Side cemetery.

Friends may call at the Fuhrman Funeral Home from noon Thursday until time of services Friday. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, February 2, 1972)
