Ex-Estherville Man Dies; Services Here Saturday
Charles Miller, 88, former resident of Estherville died May 10, 1973, in Booneville, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Reese-Henry Chapel, Estherville, with the Rev. Robert Miller of the Christian Church officiating. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery.

Mr. Miller was born Sept. 8, 1884, in Hungary and came to the United States at the age of 21. He was employed here in state road maintenance. He was married to Nellie Sousberry, who died 13 years ago in Estherville.

Mr. Miller retired in 1953 and left Estherville for Emmetsburg in 1961, remaining there until 1970 when he went to Booneville. He is survived by two nieces.

Pallbearers for the services will be Ray Mason, Loyd Wilson, Jerry Hood, Jay Hoien, Elmer Adams and Wayne Andre. Friends may call at Reese-Henry Funeral Home, Estherville, until time of services Saturday. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, May 11, 1973)
