Estherville – Dale Linn, 57, rural Estherville, died Thursday afternoon at his home.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 2 at the Fuhrman Funeral Home, Estherville, with the Rev. Stan Eyberg officiating. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home all day Sunday and until the time of services Monday.

He was born Feb. 8, 1922, at Montgomery to Mr. and Mr. Albert Linn. He later moved with his family to the Estherville area and received his education in the Estherville school system.

July 7, 1946, he was united in marriage with Beulah Hennick at Estherville where they couple made their home.

He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the VFW.

Survivors include his wife, Beulah, Estherville; one son, Jimmy, Sioux Rapids; two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Joan) Fox and Mrs. Warren (Joyce) Stiner, both of Estherville; six grandchildren; and six brothers, Jalmar Linn of Rolfe, Harry Linn of Colfax and Wilhelm Linn, Leonard Linn and Goodwin Linn, all of Estherville.
