Estherville – Services for Mrs. Robert (Alma Marie) Klein, 59, will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church with Pastor Glenn Bohmer officiating. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery. She died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 1991 at her home, rural Estherville.

Friends may call at Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. Friday.

She was born August 10, 1932 at Estherville, the daughter of Melvin and Elise (Andressen) Hockett and attended Estherville schools graduating in 1950. On June 6, 1954 she was united in marriage with Robert Klein at Estherville. Before her marriage she worked at Golden Sun Feeds as a Secretary for six years. Since marriage the couple has farmed.

She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, served as the church organist for 40 years; member of Lutheran Women Missionary League and Mary-Esther Circle; Spirit of Harmony Chapter of Sweet Adelines, County Line Club and American Legion Auxiliary. She was a 4-H leader of Estherville Better Yet Club 9 years.

Survivors include her husband, Robert; parents Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Hockett, Estherville; two sons: Daniel of Sioux Falls and Steven of Bossier City, La.; two daughters: Mrs. Jerome (Barbara) Schacherer, Estherville and Mrs. Lee (Linda) Olson, Rochester, Minn.; five grandchildren; one brother, Harold Hockett, Bloomington, Minn.
