Mrs. Stewart (Marjorie Ella) Ullensvang, 68, rural Estherville, died at 2:18 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Family Hospital.

She was born Feb. 11, 1903, at Fort Dodge, to Mr. and Mrs. Wellington Fitzgerald and attended Fort Dodge schools. On March 29, 1941, she was married to Stewart Ullensvang at Humboldt. Since their marriage, they made their home on a farm southeast of Gruver.

She was a member of the Lakeside Country Club.

Survivors include her husband, Stewart; two brothers, Carl Fitzgerald, Long Beach, Calif.; and Clarence Fitzgerald, Fort Dodge; three sisters, Mrs. Lila Peterson, Highland, Calif.; Mrs. Ruth Keeler, Fort Dodge; and Mrs. Marguerite Buckingham, Humboldt.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Ruppert and Forest Fitzgerald. Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church south of Gruver, with the Rev. Lauritz Mork officiating. Burial will be in the Swan Lake Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Reese-Henry Funeral Home at Estherville until 11 a.m. Thursday, when the casket will be taken to the church.

Pallbearers will be T. A. Winterton, Harris Myers, George Harvey, Harold Knudson, Donald Quastad and Edward Timmons. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, September 1, 1971)
