Ex-Resident Dies
John B. Thompson, former Estherville resident, died last – at Tallahassee, Fla., from emphysema. Funeral services will be held in Tallahassee.

Thompson was born in 1900 [August 17] to Mr. and Mrs. L.G. Thompson. His wife is the former Ailene Barger of Spirit Lake.

He was preceded in death by a brother, George; three sisters, Mrs. Ralph (Hazel) Miller, Mrs. Buena Merron, and Thelma; and by his parents.

Graveside Rites
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at Oak Hill Cemetery for John B. Thompson, 69, former Estherville resident, who died April 23 at Tallahassee, Fla. The Rev.
