Sun City, Ariz. – Memorial services for Bill Schloeman, 73, former Estherville resident will be held Saturday at Sun City. The body will be cremated and the ashes flown to Estherville where they will be interred at Oak Hill Cemetery. He died Monday, Oct 17, 1983 at Sun City. No committal service will be held here.

He was born Feb. 24, 1910 at Estherville the son of M.H. and Ena Schloeman. He was a graduate of Estherville High School. In 1929 he was married to Margaret Geisen at Jackson, Minn. Schloeman had various jobs until they started a lamp shop and moved to Okoboji; then moved to Omaha, Neb., where they lived until his retirement and they moved to Arizona.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret; two sons, Dick, Denver and Bob, Phoenix; seven grandchildren and one sister, Margaret Schloeman at the Good Samaritan Center in Estherville.
