Jerald Ray Vigdal the son of Harold and Elizabeth (Beenken) Vigdal was born April 14, 1950 in Estherville, Iowa and departed this life on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at the Fairmont Medical Center in Fairmont, Minnesota at the age of 60.

He graduated from Armstrong High School in 1968.

Jerald spent most of his adult years living in Phoenix, Arizona. He was employed with Chrysler and retired due to his health. Jerald enjoyed watching TV, traveling and fixing up his home.

Left to cherish Jerald's memory are his son, Jason Vigdal of Ely, Minnesota; brothers and sisters, Carol Rieffer of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Gary Rieffer of McChesney Park, Illinois; David Vigdal of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota; and Judith Theiss of Columbus, Ohio.

He has been preceded in death by his parents.
