Koehler Rites Will Be Held on Friday
Services for Oscar H. Koehle will be held at the Sternborg Funeral Home Friday at 8 p.m. The Rev. Lawrence Gage of the Calvary Gospel Assembly Church will officiate.

Mr. Koehler died at his home yesterday morning. He had been ill for several months.

He was born at Oquawka, Ill Jan 10, 1862. Later he and his parent s moved to Fort Madison where he received his education. In 18— he and his family came to a farm south of Estherville. He was married to Milly A. Barber Oct. 1, 1890. Since that time had has lived in and around Estherville where he farmed and worked as a carpenter.

Mr. Koehler is survived by his daughter, Anna C. Koehler of Estherville and a son, Frank of Tampa, Fla. He was preceded in death by his wife. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, June 30, 1954)
