Mr. and Mrs. Croson [Cruson?] Mourn Death of Baby
A short prayer service was held this afternoon at 3:30 at the Sternborg funeral home for the stillborn son of Mr. and Mrs. Merle Croson, which was born Sunday [January 24, 1937]. The Rev. J.A. Riggs of the Baptist church was in charge of the services at the chapel and at the Oak Hill cemetery.

The infant is survived by his parents, one sister and one brother. (Vindicator and Republican, Estherville, IA, January 28, 1937)
