Ruby Alvina, the little five-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Heidecker, of Wallingford, died at the Kasa home in Wallingford on Wednesday. She had been very sick with the measles for about a week. It seemed impossible for the doctor to make them break out on her body. The funeral will be held tomorrow at the home, conducted by a Lutheran minister from Roland. It is hard to part with the bright little daughter but God’s will is best and he doeth all things well. The bereaved parents have the sympathy of the community for their home will be lonely – Graettinger Times (Estherville Democrat, Estherville, IA, April 1, 1913)
