Last Rites for Malcolm Black Were Held Here
Malcolm Clare Black died Sept. 18 in a Chicago hospital after a sudden heart attack. He had undergone surgery on July 27.

Services for Mr. Black were at Bruce’s Memorial Chapel at Fort Dodge, Sept. 23. He was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery in Estherville.

Surviving are his wife, Hazel A. Black; a grandson, Jerrold; his twin brother, F. Curtis Black of Fort Worth, Tex., and many Fort Dodge area relatives.

Services at the graveside were attended by his wife and grandson, Jerrold; Mrs. G. J. Dippold of Dallas, sister of Mrs. Black and Mr. and Mrs. Emil Reinke of Elkton, S.D., cousins of Mrs. Black and several Fort Dodge relatives and friends,.

Mrs. Black is the former Hazel Dahlberg of Estherville. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, October 11, 1960)
