Called to Des Moines by Mother’s Death on Thursday
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Anderson were called to Des Moines last Thursday morning by the death of his mother, Mrs. C.F. Anderson. Mrs. Anderson had been in extremely poor health for several months. Last winter she suffered an attack of the flu and has been in failing health since then.

Through her many visits in the home of her son in Estherville, Mrs. Anderson has made many friends here who will deeply regret to learn of her death.

Two sons and two daughters survive Mrs. Anderson. They are Charles S. Anderson of Estherville, Arthur F. Anderson of Des Moines, Mrs. J.D. Lindblad of Thompson and Miss Gertrude Anderson of Des Moines. (Vindicator and Republican, Estherville, IA, September 23, 1941)
