Mrs. Elmer Wogen Dies
Mrs. Elmer Wogen, 66, of Estherville died today at 6:35 a.m. at Holy Family Hospital.

She had been in failing health for the past few months. Arrangements are pending at the Reese Funeral Home. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, February 26, 1966)
