Estherville – Graveside Services for Byron W. [William] Weir, 95, Land O Lakes, Wis., and a former Estherville resident, will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the East Side Cemetery with the Rev. Harvey Throop of the Presbyterian Church officiating. He died Monday at North Wood Hospital, Phelps, Wis.

Mr. Weir was born July 20, 1879 at Estherville to William James and Eliza Shaad Weir. He was a farmer and lived most of his life in the Estherville area.

Survivors include one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Helen B. Weir, Land O Lakes; two grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and two step sisters, Mrs. Eleanor Donahue, San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Jess Rosburg, Estherville.
