Estherville – Services for Mrs. Donald (Patricia Ann) Seylar, 34, will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church with Father Thomas Topf presider. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery. She died Monday, Jan. 6, 1992, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, Minn.

Friends may call at Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Home from 3-9 p.m. Thursday. Legion of Mary Rosary will be prayed at 4 p.m. and Parish Vigil Service held at 7:30 p.m., both Thursday at the funeral home.

She was born May 14, 1957 at Spencer, the daughter of Delmar and Mary (McEntee) Turpin. She graduated from Terril High School in 1975 and Iowa Lakes Community College in 1977. On Sept. 10, 1977 she was united in marriage with Donald Seylar at Estherville. She had worked as a computer operator for John Morrell and Company in Estherville. She later was employed in the brokerage department at Holiday Express Corp., Estherville.

She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church where she taught religion and was the bookkeeper for the Emmet County Food Pantry.

She is survived by her husband, Donald of Estherville; one daughter, Mary; her mother, Mary Turpin, Spirit Lake; two brothers, Jim Turpin and wife Lurene, and Bob Turpin and wife Peggy all of Spirit Lake, three nieces.

She was preceded in death by her father, and grandparents. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, January 9, 1992)
