Estherville – Services for Heinie Johnson, 67, Estherville, will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Estherville, with interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

Mr. Johnson died Wednesday [February 27, 1980] at the Good Samaritan Center.

A Rosary will be said at 7 o’clock tonight at Fuhrman Funeral Home, Estherville. Friends may call at the funeral home until time of services.

The son of Mr. and Mrs. John Johnson, he was born June 15, 1912, at Emmetsburg. He attended Emmetsburg schools until moving to Estherville with his family at the age of 13. He finished his education in Estherville schools and was married to Alma Marr on Nov. 16, 1937, at Estherville. The couple lived in Estherville, where he owned and operated a trucking line.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Alma; one son, Merle Johnson, Estherville; three grandchildren; one brother, Sylvester Johnson, Graettinger; and two sisters, Mrs. Charlotte Zitterich, Graettinger, and Mrs. Cordella Wycoff, Sioux Falls, S.D.
