Therese E. Tindall, the daughter of Raymond Joseph and Mary Cecelia (Murphy) Tindall, was born November 26, 1937, in Estherville, Iowa, and departed this life on Sunday, March 5, 2000, at McKee Medical Center in Loveland, Colorado, at the age of 62 years, three months and nine days.

She received her education in the Graettinger, Iowa, schools, graduating from Graettinger High School in 1955. Following graduation from high school, Therese attended Estherville Junior College in Estherville.

On June 22, 1957, she was united in marriage to Jerome Brinkman at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Graettinger. Following their marriage, the couple made their home in the rural Wallingford and Estherville areas where Jerome farmed. Therese taught school at St. Patrick’s Catholic School. In 1985, the couple moved to the Loveland, Colorado area where they have made their home. Therese was a homemaker and was also a co-owner with Jerome of Country Shed Antiques in Loveland from 1990 until November of 1999. She loved spending time with family and friends; enjoyed the couple’s antique and collectible business and was an avid Denver Bronco fan.

She was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church in Loveland and was a past member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Estherville.

Mrs. Brinkman is survived by her husband, Jerome of Loveland; six children, Mark Brinkman and his wife, Luann of Olivia, Minnesota; Julie Calvin and her husband, Paul of Fort Dodge, Iowa; Monica Dymerski and her husband, Mark of Arvada, Colorado; Amy Sherling and her husband, Paul of Carr, Colorado; Paul Brinkman of Fort Collins, Colorado; Shawn Brinkman and his wife, Brenda of Windsor, Colorado; seven grandchildren, her brother, Francis Tindall and his wife, Sandra of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; and by her sister, Mary Jean Schiltz and her husband, Kenneth of Sioux Falls. Preceding Therese in death were her parents; and two brothers, Joseph and Larry Tindall. (MC)
