Funeral Rites for Mrs. Keyser Held Yesterday
Funeral services were held at the Christian church here yesterday for Mrs. Maurice Keyser who died after a three day illness of peritonitis. Death came Sunday [July 11, 1937] morning at St. Mary’s Hospital in Nebraska City, Nebraska.

Reverend Fred D. Sawyer officiated at the church service which was preceded by short rites at the home on North 2nd street. Burial was made in the East Side cemetery.

Mrs. Keyser, 20, was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Stoffel of this city. She is also survived by her husband, four brothers and one sister. They are Leo, Ellsworth, Herman and Donald Stoffel and Mrs. O—Rogers. (Estherville Enterprise, Estherville, IA, July 15, 1937)
