Spirit Lake – Services for Agnes Louise Levell, 82, will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Spirit Lake, with Father Clair Boes officiating. Interment will be in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery, Estherville. She died Tuesday, July 11, 1989 at Holy Family Hospital.

Friends may call at Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Home, Estherville, after 4 p.m. Thursday. Parish rosary will be prayed at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

She was born Feb. 13, 1907 at New Berlin, Ill., the daughter of Simon and Frances (Winkler) Feger. She graduated from Emmet Consolidated School. On June 12, 1927 she was united in marriage with W.W. (Mike) Levell at Pocahontas. The couple farmed north of Superior following their marriage. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband, Mike, rural Spirit Lake; one brother, Carl Feger, Spirit Lake and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; seven brothers and one sister. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, July 13, 1989)
