Estherville – Services for Art (Buck) Hageman, 77, of Estherville, will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church with Father Thomas Thomas Topf presider. Interment will be in the church cemetery. He died Sunday, Aug. 2, 1992 at Holy Family Hospital. Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He was born October 18, 1914 at Storm Lake, the son of Henry and Elizabeth (Hintz) Hageman. The family moved to a farm south of Gruver in 1917. He attended Gruver School graduating from high school in 1932. On June 17, 1952 he was united in marriage will Agnes O’Brien at Estherville. The couple continued to farm the home place until 1984 when they moved into Estherville. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and the Estherville Elks Lodge.

Survivors include his wife, Agnes, Estherville; two brothers, Richard of Estherville and Charles of Ames.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, George. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, August 5, 1992)
