Edward Francis Hanlon III was born September 18, 1955 to Edward and Mildred (Ramsey) Hanlon in Duluth, Minnesota. He was baptized in Duluth and later moved with his family to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He attended and later was a 1973 Graduate of Linn-Mar High School in Marian, Iowa. Edward attended college and lived in Minneapolis, New Mexico and Colorado. He was employed in the cable industry. On July 27, 2002 he was united in marriage to Deb Purcell at Fairmont, Minnesota. After their marriage they lived in the Ozarks, St. Louis and Minnesota. At the time of his death, he was employed for charter Communications as a Construction Supervisor based out of St. Cloud, Minnesota. He greatly enjoyed working with wood, photography and loved watching birds.

Edward was found on Friday, August 26, 2007 at his home in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

He is survived by many caring and loving family and friends.

Edward was preceded in death by his father, Edward F. Hanlon Jr. and maternal and paternal grandparents and other relatives.
