Ulabelle Clabaugh
Estherville – Funeral services for Mrs. Ulabelle Clabaugh, 71, Estherville, will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Estherville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Max Goldman officiating and burial at the East Side Cemetery. She died June 1 at Holy Family Hospital.

Mrs. Clabaugh was born May 11, 1905 at Webster City to Hugh and Agnes White Nairn and was educated in the Webster City Schools. She was married to Roy Clabaugh Aug. 17, 1922 at Fort Dodge and they moved to Estherville in 1947 where she has lived since. She was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Roy Clabaugh, Jr., Estherville; Richard Clabaugh, Skiatook, Okla.; seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; two brothers, Arthur Nairn, Webster City; and David Nairn, Thompson; two sisters, Mrs. Erma Surfus, Dumont; and Edith Nairn, Des Moines. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, one son, three sisters and one brother.

Friends may call at the Henry Funeral Home until noon Thursday when the body will be taken to the church for services. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, June 2, 1976)
