Set Graveside Services for Clyde Brown
Clyde S. Brown, 47, former resident of Estherville, died at Anchorage, Alaska, Dec. 21, 1972, at Providence Hospital.

Funeral services were held at Anchorage and the body has been brought to Estherville for interment. At 2 p.m. Thursday, graveside services with military rites will be held at East Side Cemetery. The Rev. Richard Pearson will officiate.

Mr. Brown was born Feb. 16, 1925, in Estherville to Mr. and Mrs. Clyde S. Brown Sr. He was a veteran of World War II and of the Korean conflict. He has lived in Anchorage the past six years.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Nancy Bish and Mrs. Anne Holdeman, both of Anchorage; one grandson; and his father, Clyde S. Brown Sr.

Visitation may be made at Fuhrman Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Wednesday until Thursday afternoon. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, December 26, 1972)
