Elwin O. Bringle
Estherville – Funeral services for Elwin Olai Bringle, 72, will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Estherville Lutheran Church with the Rev. Stanley Eyberg officiating and burial at Oak Hill. He died Tuesday [June 10, 1975] at Holy Family Hospital.

Mr. Bringle was born December 12, 1902 in Superior to Jacob and Belle Herbrandson Bringle. He attended Superior schools and the University of Minnesota Agricultural school. He was married to Mayme Lande November 12, 1929 at Dell Rapids, S.D. and worked for a grocery store until he purchased and operated his own store from 1944 until his retirement in 1971. He was a member of the Estherville Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mayme; two sons, Dr. Ronald Bringle, Newton; and Dr. Jerald Bringle, New York City; three grandchildren; one brother, Lubie Bringle, Estherville; and one sister, Mrs. Buela Riley, Los Angeles, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and two sisters.
