Funeral Services Held Monday for Mrs. Oberweis
Funeral services were held Monday at nine o’clock for Mrs. Nicholas Oberweis, 83, of Estherville, who passed away at her home at 5:15 Friday [April 14, 1944] afternoon.

Katherine Oberweis was born in Luxembourg, Germany September 21, 1860. She was married to Nicholas Oberweis and to this union four daughters were born, two of whom died in infancy. Mrs. Oberweis is survived by her husband and two daughters, Mrs. Mary Tracy and Mrs. Leona Origer all of Estherville, and by eleven grandchildren.
