Ingvald Linn Dies Sunday at Rosewood
Ingvald Linn, 77, Estherville, died Sunday, Jan. 30, 1972, at Rosewood Manor.

Mr. Linn was born Nov. 23, 1894, at Glemminge, Norway, to Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Linn. He received his education in Norway. On Feb. 24, 1926, he was married to Marie Ruml at Spirit Lake. They farmed in the Spirit Lake, Jackson, and Estherville areas.

Survivors include his wife, Marie, a resident of Rosewood Manor; one daughter, Mrs. James (Agnes) Chesley, Estherville; three grandchildren, two brothers, Albert Linn, Estherville; and Carl Linn, Lewistown, Mont.

Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Estherville, with the Father Laurence Burns officiating. Burial will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Pallbearers are Leonard Linn, William Ruml, Joseph Ruml, Robert Linn, Morris Dalen, Floyd Hoffmeyer.

Friends may call at the Fuhrman Funeral Home until time of service Tuesday. A rosary will be at 8 p.m. Monday at Fuhrman Funeral Home. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, January 31, 1972)
