Mrs. Briggs received the sad news last week of the death of her brother, Owen Duffy, who dropped dead on the streets of St. Paul with heart trouble. Owen will be remembered by the older residents of the vicinity. He was a person of cheerful disposition and was always ready to lend a helping hand. We extend sympathy to the sister.
