Louis Perkins
Belmond – Services for Louis Perkins, 80, Belmond, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the United Methodist Church, Belmond, with the Rev. Robert Newberg officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Estherville. He died Monday [September 12, 1977] at Belmond Hospital.

Mr. Perkins is the father of Mrs. Merle (Jennie) Yule, Estherville.

Friends may visit after 2 p.m. Thursday at the Andrew Quesenberry Funeral Home, Belmond.

Survivors are his wife Hazel, son Vic B. Perkins, Whittemore, daughters, Mrs. Marvin (Darlene) Dorenkamp, Iowa Falls and Mrs. Yule, six grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Art (Gladys) Splitburger, Boston, Mass. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, September 14, 1977)
