Armstrong-Services for Alice Janette Haisman, 66, Armstrong, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Armstrong Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Faye Fedlam and the Rev. Jim Fedlam officiating. Interment will be in Armstrong Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Haisman died Monday morning at the Fairmont Community Hospital.

Friends may call at the Henry and Olson Funeral Home, Armstrong until 1 p.m. Wednesday and at the church prior to services.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Riggs, she was born June 21, 1913, at Estherville. She attended Estherville schools, graduating from high school in 1932, and was married to Agust Haisman on April 10, 1941, at Estherville.

The couple farmed in the Armstrong community. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church, United Presbyterian Women, Order of Eastern Star and an honorary member of the Program Agency of the United Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Haisman is survived by her husband, August, Armstrong, one son, Joe Haisman, of Bloomington, Minn.; one daughter, Mrs. Richard (Janice) Swartz, Lake Crystal, Mimm., two grandchildren; one brother, Francis Riggs, Chicago, Ill.; and two sisters, Mrs Betty Benton, Tampa, Fla., and Mrs. Cecil (Genieve) Grantham, Rock Island, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
