Death Comes to Little Edward Anderson
Francis Edward Anderson, the youngest son of Thorwald E. and Elma Anderson, was born June 16, 1919, and died February 12, 1920, aged seven months and twenty-seven days. Although given every care that loving hands and medical aid could, he passed away after a little more than a week’s illness of bronchial pneumonia. He went to sleep just at the close of day without a struggle.

He leaves a father, mother, and three brothers, namely, Lars, Harold and Lester, besides a host of relatives and friends to mourn his loss.

Funeral services were at the home on Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Rev. S. A. Berge was in charge and spoke briefly on “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was; and the spirit shall return to God Who gave it.” The little one was laid to rest in Oak Hill cemetery.
