Harry Weber, 69, Dies; Rites to Be Held Tuesday
Harry Floyd Weber, 69, of Estherville died Friday [June 30, 1969] at Holy Family Hospital.

He was born Dec. 17, 1899, in Dallas Center, the son of Joe and Gertie Weber. He received his education in the Dallas County schools and came to Emmet County with his family in 1912.

He was married Feb. 16, 1921, to Tomena Christian of Estherville. They farmed east of Estherville. She died Nov. 5, 1938.

He was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Gruver, the Royal Neighbors Lodge, and served as a member of the Gruver school board.

He is survived by a son, Wayne of Sherburn; a daughter, Mrs. Delbert (Darlene) Hull of Hudson, Ohio; four grandsons, Richard, Steven, and Donald Weber, and Dennis Hull; a sister, Mrs. Ralph (Cora) Green of St. Petersburg, Fla.

He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held at Fuhrman Funeral Home in Estherville at 2 p.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Neal Armstrong officiating. Burial will be Oakhill Cemetery. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, June 2, 1969)
