Rev. and Mrs. F. G. Grantham returned Thursday from Estherville, where they attended the funeral of the latter’s sister, Mrs. William Turner, Wednesday. Mrs. Turner is survived by three sisters and two brothers. (Hawarden Independent, Hawarden, IA, May 25, 1944)

Mrs. Ida Leupold mourns the death of her mother [sister], Mrs. Wm. M. Turner, of Estherville, who passed away on Sunday, May 14th, after an illness of three months, at the age of 61 years. She is survived by her husband, Wm. M. Turner, two brothers, Walter A. Schultz of Estherville and Frank Schultz of Pomona, California; and by three sisters, Mrs. Ida Leupold of Superior, Iowa, Mrs. Fred Grantham of Ireton, Iowa, and Mrs. W. B.
