Mrs. A. A. Stone
Mrs. A. A. Stone died very suddenly at her home on East Jefferson street about noon yesterday of blood poisoning, after an illness of only two days. Besides her husband and little daughter, Murrieal, two and one-half years old, she leaves a father, mother, six sisters and two brothers, and many friends to mourn her untimely death.

Martha Elizabeth Dahna was born September 12, 1888, in this county and had lived here all her life. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Dahna, old and highly respected residents of this community. She was married to A. A. Stone about four years ago.

The death of this young wife and mother is very sad and the husband and other relatives have the sympathy of the entire community in their sorrow. She was of a kind and gentle disposition and always ready and willing to do all in her power for the comfort of others. The funeral will be held from the Christian church this afternoon at 2:30 o’clock, Rev. H. C. Hurd officiating. The remains will be laid to rest in Oak Hill cemetery. (Estherville Enterprise, Estherville, IA, March 22, 1911)
