Rites Held For Cecil Oulman
Funeral services for Cecil Oulman, 67, Estherville was held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Reese-Henry Chapel, Estherville, the Rev. Robert Miller of the First Christian Church officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Honorary pallbearers were Bill Robinson, Romaine Sondrol, Brodie Shreck, Gus Ramsey, Kenneth West and Ed Flannery.

Active pallbearers were Fred Short, Jim Matre, Lester Ramsey, Lee Blum, Robert Cox and Harold Howard. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, January 25, 1971)
