David Thoburn of Higgins, Texas, W. A. Thoburn of Wyndmere, N. D., Grace Thoburn of Sheldon, Genie Thoburn and Mrs. Pat Leighton of Minneapolis, Minn., were in Armstrong last week attending the funeral of their mother, Mrs. Mary Thoburn, which occurred Thursday afternoon. Deceased was one of the very oldest settlers in the eastern part of Emmet county.
