Obituary of June Ellen Morello
June Ellen, daughter of John and Grace Ballenger Morello, was born June 12, 1924, and passed away at their little cottage home on East Lawn April 12, 1928, age 3 years and 10 months.

June was a very bright and loving child and where ever she went she made friends. During the last part of her sickness she suffered very much, and one day she said, “I want to go where pa is.” She called Mr. A. B. Anderson who lived on East Lawn Pa as she could not say Grandpa. She for a little child touched many parts, and many will not forget her.

Funeral was held at the Free Methodist church Sunday afternoon at 2:30. The pastor, W. G. Anderson, had charge of the service. Interment was made in the Oak Hill cemetery. (Estherville Enterprise, Estherville, IA, April 18, 1928)
