Elizabeth Kinnard, 32, Dies Today
Elizabeth Kinnard, 32, died at 4:30 a.m. today at Holy Family hospital. She died of an enlarged heart after spending two weeks in the hospital.

Born Feb. 25, 1920, in Estherville, she attended the grade, high school and junior college here. She also attended a telegraphy school in Illinois and taught telegraphy for a time in Crawfordsville, Ind. She returned to Iowa and taught school at Titonka before she went back to school at Cedar Rapids to obtain a four-year teaching certificate. She became ill while she was at Cedar Rapids and came to Estherville.

Miss Kinnard is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Kinnard; three brothers, Robert, William and Ed Kinnard, all of Estherville; and three sisters, Mrs. Evelyn F. Bormann of Omaha, Mrs. Lars (Ellen) Thomson of Graettinger and Mrs. Ernest (Lillian) Hanson of Estherville. She is preceded in death by a brother, Joe.
