ESTHERVILLE – Mrs. Inez Rankin, 79, Estherville, died at her home early Monday.

Services for Mrs. Rankin will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Fuhrman Funeral Home, Estherville, with the Rev. Jim Harmon and the Rev. Fred Sawyer officiating. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home until time of services.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Manley Stanhope, she was born Nov. 5, 1900, at Estherville. She received her education in Estherville schools and was married to Lee Rankin at Redfield, Minn., in 1942. The couple made their home in Estherville. She was a member of the Christian Church.

Mrs. Rankin is survived by nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 11 brothers and sisters.
