Mrs. Isaac Riggs

Mrs. Isaac Riggs died at her home on the west side last Friday in her fifty-fourth year. Paralysis was the cause of her death. [died on 22 March, 1907]

Her maiden name was Sarah Alice Conner and she was born in Wisconsin August 14, 1853. (Father, Wm Conner--Mother, Sarah McCoy). She had been a resident of Estherville for over forty years and was married to Isaac Riggs July 4, 1869. Her husband and six children survive.

Funeral services were held at the Methodist Episcopal church Saturday afternoon by Rev. T. S. Cole and the remains were interred in the East Side Cemetery. She will be kindly remembered by many friends.
