DIED---On Sunday, April 15, (16), after a protracted sickness Mr. [James] Riggs of this town aged 69 years. He was one of the first settlers of Estherville and has continued to reside here until his death. The funeral services were held at the residence on Tuesday. Rev. Beeks officiating.
