WALLINGFORD--Mrs. S. [Svend) Hoff died Thursday afternoon [1 Feb 1907]. The funeral was held Monday from the Lutheran church, Rev. Strand officiating. Deceased leaves a husband and two little [sic] children to mourn her death. [Mrs. Hoff was born 12 Aug 1833 in Norway. She died at the age of 73 years, 5 months, 17 days.]
