ESTHERVILLE - Services for Alfred Thomas Enerson, 73, rural Estherville, will be held at 10:30 a..m. Monday at the Estherville Lutheran Church with Pastor Stan Eyberg officiating. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery. He died Thursday, Feb. 3, 1983, at Holy Family Hospital [in Estherville].

Friends may call at the Henry and Olson Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Sunday.

Enerson was born Feb. 20, 1909 near Morris, Ill., the son of E. J. and Emma (Thorson) Enerson. He moved with his parents to Emmet County as a small boy. He attended rural Emmet county schools and Dolliver School. On Nov. 30, 1939 he was united in marriage to Leona Cuklanz at Terril. He lived and farmed his entire life in the Dolliver and rural Estherville areas. He has been a resident of the Good Samaritan Center in Estherville the past year and a half. Enerson was a member of the Estherville Lutheran Church and Emmet County Farm Bureau.

Survivors include his wife, Leona, rural Estherville; one son Paul A. Enerson, rural Estherville; two grandchildren, David Enerson, Gruver and Camra Enerson, Estherville; one brother, Roy, rural Estherville and one sister, Mrs. Arnold (Lillian) Dahl, Thompson.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
